Vgchartz show 1.5 million sold as of the middle of December worldwide. Now whether those numbers are correct is anybody's guess but you forget that up to the end of November vgchartz has it at around 1 million. Now that to me is a believable estimation.

@saaking - betting on the wrong console doesn't mean 360, it means the wii. Even if the ps3 outsells the 360 by a large margin they still bet on the wrong horse. The right one for their profits was the wii.

I totally understand your point of view. I feel the same way about what N4G has brought into the industry.

Yeah the wii cooling down ALOT eh? The biggest selling console (and most profitable) of the weekend and still demolishing Sony and Microsoft in sales is cooling down? Sorry no.
YOY though the ps3 has done fantastically and currently the 360 is struggling to see growth in the marketplace (and no its not doomed either).
